I work with preteens, through adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, grief, or substance use. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Our team provides a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and develop confidence in managing life's challenges.

I normally use CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care. I will get EMDR certified once I'm a LCSW. I've worked with individuals experiencing MDD, ODD, Substance Abuse, Bipolar 1 and 2, Anger Issues, Identity Concerns, Teen Issues, Dysfunctional Family Dynamics, Sexual Trauma, ADHD, OCD, ADD, and etc.
