A little more about me

For almost two decades, Jess Sigur has offered a supportive space for children (and parents!) to explore effective ways to navigate challenges, enhance communication, and cultivate relationships with self and others. Jessica specializes in child-centered play therapy and child-parent relationship therapy. Through expressive arts, sandtray, and attachment-based techniques, she helps children express emotions, build resilience, and improve behavior, while guiding caregivers to strengthen their bond and support their child’s emotional growth.
