Ahnnyung, which means hi in Korean. I’m Grace, a therapist who’s passionate about helping teens and young adults feel understood, not judged.

I’m a graduate of Georgia State’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, and I’ve spent the past few years working closely with college athletes and refugees. Across the last 13 years, I’ve supported youth at every stage, from preschool to college, giving me a deep understanding of how people grow, struggle, and find their way.

As a Korean American and daughter of immigrants, I know how much identity, culture, and expectations can shape how you see yourself and the world around you. That’s why I focus on creating a space where you can be fully yourself, explore what matters to you, and feel genuinely heard.

In our sessions, you can expect warmth, honesty, and support without judgment. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re going through and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
