Topic: Nurturing mental health for gamers

This session offers practical techniques and psychological insights by an experienced therapist to help you manage your mental health as an online gamer. Whether you are an eSports player, semi pro or casual online multiplayer gamer, this workshop is for you!

Our licensed therapist will be going over techniques to improve teamwork, combat online toxicity and control anger (yes rage quiting can be managed).

• Capacity for this inspiring gathering is limited to 50 participants.

Your Workshop Therapist

Michael Ehrig, LMFT Mr. Ehrig received his undergraduate degree in psychology and his master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of La Verne. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and has years of experience working in diverse populations and environments such as school settings, community mental health, and private practice. Additionally, his integration of technology into psychotherapy has led to unique opportunities to write, present, and train therapists domestically and internationally.

VIRTUAL VENUE:

The coaching session will be hosted in an exclusive invite only curated virtual space hosted on Spatial.io. This virtual space's features include:

• Informative and interactive presentation by an expert.
• Interactive environment.
• Customizable avatars (using ReadyPlayerme) for guests. Stay anonymous if you like!
• Voice, video and chat systems.
• Emotion and reaction animations.
• Q&A session.

HOW TO JOIN

After registering and providing payment you will receive email instructions and reminders on how to join the virtual workshop session.

The virtual space is accessible by PC, virtual reality device and mobile phone. We highly suggest participants join on a desktop with a wifi connection or on a virtual reality device (download the Spatial.io application).

THERE WILL BE NO TOLERANCE FOR BAD ACTORS IN THIS EVENT. ANY DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT IN BEING PROMPTLY REMOVED FROM THE SPACE. THIS SPACE IS NOT A GATHERING TO PROVIDE OR RECEIVE MEDICAL ADVICE.
