A little more about me

I’m Amber Reakes, a therapist with experience working in school and community-based settings supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, and self-esteem struggles. Working closely with students and families has given me a strong understanding of the pressures young people face both academically and emotionally. I focus on helping clients build coping skills, improve confidence, and feel more supported in everyday life through a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach.
