A little more about me

As a licensed associate professional counselor, my current focus is adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts. I have been practicing for a little over 2.5 years working with ADHD, ASD, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and relational issues concerning communication. I am passionate about helping others and providing a safe, accepting environment where clients feel heard and understood and enjoy utilizing a combination of therapeutic techniques based on the client’s needs and preferences.
